I am looking for someone who can help with on-boarding new clients. Role to include:
-Working directly with client to get required information (by email and phone)
-Setting up technology and integrations (Xero, bill.com, receiptbank, project mgmt software, etc)
-Creating COA and Financial statement formatting
-Mapping out client's needs and setting up deliverables for the engagement team
-Documenting info on client and process to ensure seamless hand-off to engagement team
-The "on-boarding" process will require everything needed to get the client their first set of financials. This will involve setting up rules in Xero, doing catch up work, etc. After this the client will be handed off to the engagement team.
This could also lead to more ongoing work/client management if the applicant is interested.
